I was in town for a job opportunity and David’s place was near by, however, once I entered the house I felt like being here was more than just a job. I felt so comfortable. David was so thoughtful, responsive, and generous. The room was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

David’s home is perfect for the local or extended stay here in Sacramento, 15 minutes from downtown or 15 seconds to the backyard to relax by the pool. David was attentive to the needs of the guests as well as courtesy. I would highly recommend his home, and would definitely stay again!

David is a great host. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He is very responsive and your questions get answered immediately. The unit is beautiful. It has everything that you will need and it feels like home. This is going to be my go to house anytime that I’m in Sacramento or if any of my guests come. Thanks a lot David for your support!

I just stayed over the holidays at this great central Sacramento location. The place was clean, cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. It's a great base for remote workers with grocery stores, restaurants and freeways near by. It's off a busy street, but once inside, it was very quiet. The neighborhood was also a good place for taking walks. David the host, was accommodating, had a great attitude and was very proactive...

I sincerely enjoyed having David as a host. The room was super cozy and the home had all of the amenities included in his posting. Quiet neighborhood despite being on Watt Ave which can have a lot of traffic at times. The home was always clean. The other guests were friendly and respectful. David was super communicative about any drop-ins for repairs or cleaning. 10/10 stay. 😊

I had a comfortable stay at David’s, David is very responsive and courteous. The location was perfect, it was central to the main areas and work hospitals. The community was safe and parking was always great. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, lots of storage space. Overall I would stay here again because this was really such a wonderful and safe place and David was top tier, one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with.

I’m a traveling health care professional who stayed at David’s place for 5 months. This was one of the most fulfilling housing experiences as a traveler. David was an amazing host!! He was able to accommodate ALL of my request. Not to mention the other house guest were friendly and respectful. This was home away from home.
